Prepared in the heart of Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico, at an elevation of 2,104 meters above sea level, this tequila combines centuries-old tradition with modern expertise. Part of the production utilizes the 500-year-old Tahona method, and the spirit is then distilled in small copper pot stills to ensure a clean, refined product.With 40% alcohol by volume (ABV), Olmeca Altos offers fresh herbal aromas, complemented by hints of green pepper and a soft citrus finish. On the palate, it provides a sweet, slightly smoky flavor, rounded off with a hint of honey.
