1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable state and federal regulations, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Items: Product arrived broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect Items: You received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Missing Items: Items listed on your order confirmation were not included in your delivery.
  • Defective Products: Product shows signs of spoilage or quality defects (e.g., corked wine).
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed (unless defective)
  • Items returned after the 48-hour reporting window
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Change-of-mind purchases (we do not accept returns for personal preference)
3. How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will provide instructions for the return or arrange a replacement.
4. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or missing items).
5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items, subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
