La marca prosecco

La Marca Prosecco is a sparkling wine from the Veneto region of Italy, bottled at 11% alcohol by volume (ABV). Produced under the Prosecco DOC designation, this wine is created from grapes selected from small vineyards throughout the region. After harvest, the grapes are gently crushed and pressed using membrane presses. The juice is allowed to cold-settle before undergoing initial fermentation in upright stainless-steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
