Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch Bourbon celebrates the founding of Kentucky's first distillery by Evan Williams. Pulled from fewer than 300 barrels and aged 6–8 years, this extra-aged bourbon is bottled at 45% alcohol by volume (ABV) (90 Proof) and earned the 2019 Consumers' SIP Award for its quality. It has a brilliant honey color and opens with an aroma of oaky vanilla, sauteed butter, and sweet corn. The palate is semi-sweet and honeyed, with well-rounded oak notes, finishing lean, off-dry, and regal, a classic small-batch bourbon perfect for sipping or enjoying in elevated cocktails.
