Patron XO Cafe Liqueur is a coffee liqueur from Patron in Mexico, bottled at 35% alcohol by volume (ABV). It is made by blending Patron Silver tequila with natural coffee essence, resulting in a liqueur that is intentionally dry rather than sweet. The tequila base is produced from Tequilana Weber agave grown in the Cienega region of Jalisco, cooked in stone and brick ovens, extracted using a roller mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks with 100% agave, and distilled twice in copper pot stills using deep well water. The coffee essence is sourced from Veracruz, and its integration with the tequila highlights both freshly roasted coffee character and underlying agave notes.
