Cook's Spumante is crafted by Cook's California Champagne, a winery located in Madera, California. The grapes used for this sparkling wine come from the same vineyards in California each year, ensuring consistent quality. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier are the primary grape varieties. First, the grapes are harvested and pressed to extract the juice. This juice undergoes primary fermentation, where yeast converts the sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide.
