Selected in small batches and then married together to consistently achieve Monkey Shoulder’s signature flavor in every bottle.The product of a closely guarded recipe: a smooth blend of Speyside single malts that produces a complex array of delicious flavors. It contains 43% alcohol by volume (ABV) (86 Proof).The distillers found that three was their magic number, just enough to get their signature smooth and rich flavor from different malts while still being able to pick out individual flavor notes to pair.Matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and blended in small batches for up to 6 months, then married to achieve a smoother, richer taste before bottling.
