Korbel Sweet Rose

Korbel California Champagne Sweet Rose is made from a sophisticated selection of both red and white grape varietals. The blend is specially designed to have very bright fruit flavors and aromas of raspberry and vanilla. It features bright fruit flavors and aromas accented by a pleasant sweetness. The harvesting of red varietals early in the ripening process helps achieve the desired style for this Cuvee. The broad array of red grapes used in the Korbel Sweet Rose Sparkling Wine gives us an incredibly diverse selection of blending alternatives. Serve as an aperitif, or pair with fresh fruit, grilled prawns, mango salsa or with a selection of ripe cheeses. Also, it pairs well with dark chocolate, especially when combined with strawberries, raspberries, or cherries. Enjoy!
